File downloading issues

I set up a download page inside an e-member membership. Everything has worked perfectly for months now – no issues whatsoever. Suddenly a customer reported encountering this error when attempting to download the files: “Download file cannot be found. Please let us know. Thank you!”

This is the type of button being used:

[wp_eStore_download_now_button_with_stamping id=X]

I haven’t upgraded anything or changed anything for quite some time – no clue why it would suddenly stop working.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Try this:

WP eStore -> Settings -> Addon Settings -> Download Manager Related Settings -> Automatic URL Conversion Preference -> Do Not Convert

Hmmm – just tried to make a manually stamped file and received an error

etc etc/.htSetaPDF-Stamper.icl has expired

What does this mean? Do I need to upgrade my stamper plugin?

Hi, looks like your license key has become invalidated.

Please load a a fresh copy of the plugin:
