Recently, we realized that our static blog page broke (http://www.writeyourscreenplay.com/blog). We haven’t updated anything in the past 2 day – when the page apparently broke.
In an attempt to find out what is causing the problem, we systematically deactivated all plugins and one by one reactivated each one – refreshing the blog page each time. All was fine until the eStore plugin was reactivated. Instantaneously, the page broke.
We’ve never had any issues with eStore interfering with the pages on the website and since we haven’t updated anything on the site or in the plugin code, we’re not sure if the problem is in fact eStore.
Any ideas what could be causing this problem? We’re using Version v6.1.4 of eStore.
Hi,
Let’s first get you up to date with the latest fresh version of eStore.
Can you please install the latest version of eStore by following the instructions here and then check to see if the problem has gone away and then we’ll take it from there if there is still a problem:
When you say “Page broke” what do you really mean? What happens on that page?
