I recently activated the Supercacher program from Siteground due to high cpu usage. Unfortunately, now the shopping cart does not show items in the shopping cart after clicking the buy now button. When I clear the cache it works for awhile. I see you have a response and recommended settings for WP super cache. However, there are no advanced settings in the supercacher app. I can however exclude urls from caching. Is there a ways to exclude wp estore functions from being cached? I did try excluding the product page but that doesn’t resolve the issue.

    Thanks for your help!

The only 2 “officially supported” caching plugins are:

    1. WP Super Cache:

      https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/using-the-plugins-together-with-wp-super-cache-plugin

    2. W3 Total Cache:

Please examine the configuration guidance for these 2 plugins (see links) and determine if you can similarly configure your caching plugin.

Ask the developer of that caching plugin if they have an option to “disable caching is a cookie is present”.

Are these still the only 2 caching plugins you support? How about WP Rocket? (I am also experiencing some really strange caching issues with Siteground’s SuperCacher plugin.)

They are the only “officially” supported caching plugins, because ***They Work***.

If you can configure another caching plugin to work in the same manner; that’s good. But they’re just too many caaching-plugins-deJure for us to support.

Okay, thank you. Is there one you would recommend over the other?

Both of those are good I think. Super cache is easier to use in my opinion. You pick the one that you like.
