eStore Admin function not encrypting download links

Having previously worked perfectly I am now finding that when I try to generate an encrypted link in the Admin Function, the link created is not encrypted but shows quite clearly where the file is stored. The link works perfectly and downloads the file without any problem but there is no encryption. This is the case for all products in my eStore.

Finally enable the eStore debug logs, perform a single download of a test product, and then post the section of the download_manager_debug.log file that is specific to that test.
