If you go to [http://eopaa.com.au/member-portal/] you’ll see that Ashley Dowell is logged in … regardless of who goes to that page …. this is always showing.

If you click to logout, it appears that you are logged out, and in fact I can log in as someone else, but as soon as I try, for example, to edit my profile, I am asked to login.

Ashley Dowell is a member on the site, and I have made him ‘inactive’ but he is still showing regardless of who goes to that page.

There have been no changes to the site or the eMember settings, nor has anyone logged in to admin since last Wednesday. I am at a total loss as to why this is happening, but is something that needs to be remedied urgently.

I would appreciate some assistance please.

    Regards, Ellen.

When I go to the specified page, it appears the User ID and Password have been pre-populated into the login boxes. Are you using a page caching plugin?

The only 2 “officially supported” caching plugins are:

    1. WP Super Cache:

      https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/using-the-plugins-together-with-wp-super-cache-plugin

    2. W3 Total Cache:

      https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/using-the-plugins-with-w3-total-cache-plugin

Please examine the configuration guidance for these 2 plugins (see links) and determine if you can similarly configure your caching plugin.

This can also happen if your provider has enabled any server caching, or if you are using an improperly configured Content Delivery Network (CDN).
