Hello,
First, sorry for my english, French is my mother tongue
I try to set-up a website with :
eMember / eStore / WP Payment Gateway Bundle / CCbill
I want to sell Membership (recurring payment) with CCBill, It’s almost working … I can create a “test” user in my website, it’s works perfect.
But when I use the payment button, it’s redirect me to the ccBill payment, I fill-up the payment info and after returning to my site I can’t register as a Member …
I use this button [wp_eStore_buy_now_for_specific_gateway id=”3″ gateway=”ccbill”]
because the button [wp_pg_eStore_subscription_button id=”3″ gateway=”ccbill_subsc”]
give my this error :
You need to fill up the CCBILL API details in the Gateway Settings (Payment Gateway Bundle->Gateway Settings tab)
It appears that you never performed a ccbill subscription api test in the Subscription Settings (Payment Gateway Bundle->Subscription Settings tab).
Can you help me with the CCbill and the correct “page” to redirect ?
Thank you,
Valerio.
June 12, 2014 at 11:41 pm #63659wpCommerceModeratorHi, we have recently updated the CCBILL API in the addon. Please install a fresh copy of the payment gateway bundle addon and you shouldn’t see that error message anymore:

June 15, 2014 at 1:39 pm #63660valerioMemberThank you for your support, the payment button is working good.
But when my payment get “approved” on CCBILL, I set the redirect page which contains [wp_eMember_registration] but I can’t register as a member. I see error :
“
The function free membership is disabled on this site!
Please visit the payment page to pay for your inscription.Clic Here.
“
I have to activate Free Membership on my website, or I have to set another page when the payment is approved on CCBILL ?
Thank you,
Have a nice day.
June 15, 2014 at 11:27 pm #63661adminKeymasterYou don’t want to send a user to the registration page (the page with the [wp_eMember_registration]). The user will receive an email with a special link (after the payment is approved). When the user clicks on that link, it will let them register for the premium level that they paid for.
More explanation on this in the following page:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-membership/a-typical-member-registration-flow-96
You can send them to a “Thank You” page where you explain that they should click the link in their email to complete the registration.
June 16, 2014 at 4:23 pm #63662valerioMemberThank you for you reply … now the visitor is redirected to the thank you page … but still no e-mail with registration link … Maybe I miss an option in WP-eStore ? I follow the link in your post

I’m using CCBILL as payment …
Can you tell me what is missing in my configuration ?
The email with the link has to come from my wordpress ? because I set “no user management” in CCBILL.
Thank you.
June 16, 2014 at 11:53 pm #63663wpCommerceModeratorWe will need to take a closer look at your site to see what is happening. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
June 19, 2014 at 11:38 pm #63664wpCommerceModeratorIt turned out to be a SMTP configuration issue on the server. The plugin did process the payment and send registration email to the user.
