Hi Admin,
I tried following the video how to find out
if your site has JavaScript errors and got this error message.
event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) …../wp-content/themes/optimizePressTheme/pages/global/images/marketing-sites/iphone-440.png
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘overlay’ admin.php?page=optimizepress-page-builder&page_id=202&step=5:67
2
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method ‘outerWidth’ of undefined dialog.js?ver=2011-10-05:324
I’m using eMember v8.5.6
What can I do to solve this?
Looking forward for your reply
December 3, 2013 at 11:33 pm #56923adminKeymasterHi, I would recommend you to load a fresh copy of eMember first (since we recently upgraded the JS libraries for latest WordPress compatibility). The following post will guide you:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
If an error is coming from the Optimizepress theme then you will need to post the issue on their forum/support to get help. We can only guarantee that our plugin doesn’t have any javascript errors (from the error details you will be able to tell which plugin or theme an error is coming from).

c.extend.open jquery.fancybox.pack.min.js?ver=2.1.4:2
U dialog.min.js?ver=2.1.4:2

v.event.dispatch load-scripts.php?c=1&load%5B%5D=jquery,utils,thickbox,underscore,shortcode,plupload,plupload-html5,…:2

Is there any easy workaround for this?
Hoping for your reply
Thanks
December 6, 2013 at 12:15 am #56925adminKeymasterThe easiest solution is to not use any theme or plugin that has coding error in it.
You see the error that you have? The first error will tell you the plugin/theme that it is coming from (look at the error path to get an idea). You can use that to track which plugin is starting the error. I will take a look inside the site. I have sent you an email.

February 5, 2014 at 8:02 pm #56927hilariomMemberHello admin, just to let you know I had this problem and it has been solved creating the page and puting the Code you indicate here.
Then I understand I have to maintain all this time the page I created.
Really I don’t know why this “password reset page” is working but that’s oK. Thanks
February 6, 2014 at 1:09 am #56928adminKeymasterThere is nothing to maintain. Its just another wordpress page with a shortcode on it. Some users prefer to have a specific password reset page so we have that feature in the plugin. You are just using that feature.
