I have tested along with about 5 other people have tested the subscription process.
We have tested in chrome and IE.
We have been redirected and sent to paypal and completed the entire sign up process
2 clients have attempted to order and are not redirected to paypal. they have made several attempts. Screen goes blank after checking terms and conditions and clicking subscribe.
I am having difficulty recreating the problem.
Does anyone else have a suggestion.

1) Please load a fresh copy of the plugin if you haven’t done so already:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
2) If you have recently upgraded any of the plugins or WordPress make sure to empty your browser cache.
3) Please post a link to the page where we can go and click on a button that is not working. This will help us see the issue.
December 15, 2012 at 4:48 am #52410miaMemberI have updated the plugin. I have emptied browser cache. Still, only one of the paypal buttons is working. To check the link, you will need the ff:
username : test
password : pword

Thanks.
December 15, 2012 at 10:55 pm #52411adminKeymasterThe purchase buttons you have on that page are not coming from eStore plugin. Those look like some HTML code you placed on the page to create a button and the code is messed up a little. Please note that this thread that you posted on is an “eStore plugin” thread which indicates you have an issue with eStore plugin. The issue you have is not coming from our plugins.
You have switched between the HTML and Visual view of the editor or WordPress’s 3.5 TinyMCE update broke the HTML code that you have for those buttons on that page. Edit that page then go to HTML view of the page and correct the HTML button code for your buttons. Make sure there are not unnecessary space or other characters inside your HTML button code otherwise the HTML button won’t work correctly.
December 16, 2012 at 3:17 am #52412miaMemberyou advised me to check this link from here : https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/add-new-membership-level-not-working
I don’t understand how one button works perfectly fine and the others don’t. I pasted the code under HTML view. Everything was working perfectly fine until after i updated the eMember.
December 16, 2012 at 10:57 pm #52413adminKeymasterHTML button code is very susceptible to breaking if there are other errors on that page. You might think that eMember is causing this but it isn’t. Do the following and you will have some clarity:
1) Create a new WordPress page (nothing else on the page)
2) Now, take a few HTML button code and paste it in that page
3) Protect that page as usual
4) Check the buttons
If you see that all the buttons on this new page works fine that will help you see that there is some HTML errors/issues on your other page that is preventing the buttons from working.
