coupn code is applied to the cart but price doesn't change

hi just read other member’s thread here

Photo seller – Coupon Apply To Specific Gallery

and i think to have same problem. i set everything for the coupon code, if more than 2 items apply 20% of discount; if i set automatic coupon when go to te cart it says coupon has been applied to my cart but it doesn’t work for prices and the price is whole without coupon, if i apply the coupon manually it says coupon has been applied to my cart but price doesn’t change. if i proceed with payment price is the same without discount.
