Im having some problems with eStore plugin while using the CDN feature of the W3 Total Cache Plugin. I have followed the steps here, but im still having issues after I made the reccomended changes.
The problem is the shopping cart images are not appearing and the (color) variations to my products are not appearing when you add an item to the cart. However when I turn the CDN feature off in W3 Total Cache Plugin the issue is resolved. I have tried clearing the cache multiple times and reupload all the associated images to the S3 bucket but with no luck.
You can view the product on my site to see the problem:

Follow Up – I think I have it narrowed down to…
On the CDN setting page of W3 Total Cache plugin, under “General” tab, if I disable ‘Host custom files’ I can get the eStore plugin operating correctly.
Under the “Advanced” tab, if you scroll down to ‘custom file list’ I had the following items listed:
wp-content/plugins/*.js
wp-content/plugins/*.gif
wp-content/plugins/*.jpg
wp-content/plugins/*.png
For some reason the W3 cache plugin was not grabbing the eStore images.
The images usually doesn’t have issues with caching as they are static resources. Once they are cached they don’t need to be changed anymore.
Can you please verify that the images do exist in the wp estore plugin files? I want to make sure we don’t have a case of 404 issue with the images. I would recommend you to do this just in case some image files got deleted:

Please post a link to your product page so I can check a few things.
