I have entered product information with success before, but I have reached my 19th product and although I am told that the 20th has been saved, it does not appear in the list.

January 7, 2014 at 3:04 pm #60173ChinnSpectatorNo none of these, I have reinstalled the updated plugin as suggested, this does not work, I have deleted an existing product to see if I am somehow limited to just 19 items, but now I still cannot add any products – at a loss
January 7, 2014 at 10:54 pm #60174PeterMemberIf you are referring to the “Manage Products” page of the eStore settings, scroll down to the bottom and double check if there are some pagination navigation arrows on the right. You might have more products listed on other pages.
January 8, 2014 at 12:35 am #60175emlynleyMemberI am also having the same problem creating new products. I have discovered that if I leave the product description blank, the product is created correctly. However, I am unable to edit the product description for any existing products.
I can edit all other boxes (urls for files and images), but the description field seems to be the issue.
I tried copying an existing product and editing the description field but it remains blank. I can put a period in the box or a URL, but my actual product description text will not stick.
I tried typing in directly as well as cut and paste from word and wordpad in case some Word codes were messing things up.
I just bought the plug-in 2 days ago, but I went ahead and downloaded a new version, deactivated and deleted and reinstalled.
I’m stumped.

In your product description string, do you have any apostrophes? (eg, You’ll, Bob’s etc)
Can you try removing these and then try saving again?
I just want to confirm if that works.

I took the apostrophes and questions marks out of the text and still have the same issue. I was hoping it would be as easy as that.
I did not have this trouble adding the first 6 products, on Sunday and yesterday morning. The trouble started last night and I have not changed anything in my WP installation since installing the WP eStore and PDF Stamper.
@mrbsolution: yes, I did all those things first before posting.

However, I do need to use apostrophes in some cases. I’m an author and sell my books online. I cannot have a product description with grammatical errors.
Is there a work-around for this?
