aweber receiving site email/contact NOT affiliate email

I have gone through the setting, checked the 2 and 3 steps and still can’t get this to work.

For some reason the plugin is accepting and creating a subscriber for the site contact email NOT the new affiliate email. I have spent hours trying to configure this.

My settings are.

From:[^n|.]+affiliates@adlandapps.com

What am I doing wrong or is it a bug???

1) Think about what details you can give us that will help us recreate the issue that you are seeing. Simply outline whatever you are doing to see the issue and what error you are receiving (if any).

When I signup a new affiliate the system is pushing the site email (my email address) and not the affiliates email (the affiliates email, not mine) to aweber. I don’t need to sign myself up to aweber… I want my affiliates to be signed up but for the life of me I can’t get it to do it.

2) Provide a link to the exact page where the problem is seen.

Can’t do that.. it’s in aweber…

3) What do we have to do on this page to see the issue (provide necessary instruction)

A) Create a new affiliate

4) What version of WordPress and the plugin(s) are you using?

WP Version 3.2.1

Affiliate Version v4.9.4

eMember Version v7.4.1

5) If you are using a shortcode that is not working then copy and paste the exact shortcode that you are trying to use so we can see if there is a typo or some other information in the shortcode is wrong.

6) If the issue/error you are seeing only happens at activation time (when you activate this plugin) then tell us which method you used to upload the plugin (the WordPress plugin uploader or an FTP program like Filezilla?).

Hi,

In your first screenshot (http://www.adlandapps.com/settings.png) why do you have “tipsandtricks-hq”?

This should be your “From” email address which is in your plugin email settings.

In your AWeber parser you have the following email address in the “From” field

affiliates@adlandapps.com

The debug data tells me that you are using “admin@adlandapps.com” as the “From Email Address” value in the plugin’s settings:

AWeber signup from email address:admin@adlandapps.com

Can you see how these two email addresses do not match? If you read the documentation you will see that it tells you to make these two email addresses the same:

Please fix that then check the 2nd post from the following link to make sure you did not make any other common mistakes and you should be good to go:
