I don’t know – I reloaded the theme from the original download in case something got messed up along the way, but it’s the same thing. I am trying to get in touch with the theme people to figure out what that file is – technical issue with that is that a bunch of my old emails got deleted off my server and I don’t have any of the info they sent me except for the download zip – working on contacting them.

But just in case this has something to do with my server settings – what are the requirements for my server to run this plugin? I remember seeing a page somewhere from someone else who was having issues and now I can’t locate it again. That way I can make sure that at least that part is covered while I’m trying to reach the theme people.

I am on WordPress 5.3.

My theme is also updated too.
