I have the same problem – I have two sites I manage using this add-on, one is working without a problem. The other isn’t. The csv upload button is missing. Below are the errors:

Uncaught ReferenceError: qq is not defined

at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (admin.php?page=emember-bulk-import:254)

at i (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.7.2:2)

……

Please tell me what I need to do to repair this. I have 3,000 names I need to bulk upload!
