Thank you – it wasn’t the trailing slash – I had changed the site URL to [http://] but the link was set up as [http://www] so the cookie was not set properly. I changed the link address (dropped the “www”) and it worked.

I’ll look into the Amazon S3 option. You may need to update your eStore documentation to explain the doubling of bandwidth issue. If I had known this, I probably would never have started out that way.
But thanks for the heads up – will make some changes!
