Encrypted APR page stopped working

Hi,

This used to work fine but apparently it has ceased working as a customer informed me.

I have checked the trailing / – it’s included in the link and the permalink. Cookies are enabled.

Why is my protected content not showing?

You can test it by sending going to [http://salesclosingpower.com/] and selecting “Free Sample” in the righthand slide-out or in the footer.

I can’t work out why it would have stopped working.

Please enable & reset the eStore debug logs. Then perform a test, and examine the contents of the download_manager_debug.log file.

I can see, that you have WordPress setup to add a trailing slash “/” to the permalink. This most likely is the root of your problem.

Thank you – it wasn’t the trailing slash – I had changed the site URL to [http://] but the link was set up as [http://www] so the cookie was not set properly. I changed the link address (dropped the “www”) and it worked.
