Thank you both for your information – really appreciated. with the APR short code option – does that mean the customer can only view the downloads once? and is that even a problem? ideally i want to put all the downloadable content into one file and the customer can hit ‘download’ … please excuse my ignorance on this… I’m a beginner!

I have downloaded the eSotre plugin and have been told to ‘upload’ this file to my WP blog… but it doesn’t seen to be a zip file…any ideas?
