Also getting the following: (This disappears each time I refresh the pages, but I need to refresh it each time)
Duplicate headers received from server
The response from the server contained duplicate headers. This problem is generally the result of a misconfigured website or proxy. Only the website or proxy administrator can fix this issue.
Error 346 (net::ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_LENGTH): Multiple distinct Content-Length headers received. This is disallowed to protect against HTTP response splitting attacks.
Thanks for your response, it seems I’ve fixed it, but now there’s just one more problem.
I get this message everywhere:

Another edit. Now it’s back to what it did before I installed the update.
When trying to register or log in, when clicking any link or text field it jumps to:
Why is this? It never did that before

Okay let me clear things up a bit…
I still have the old “Affiliates” folder on the root domain. I installed the new version and simply deleted its “affiliates” file. So the old one has the edited “misc_func.php” file with the “include_once(../wp-load.php”
Is it because I didn’t delete the old files manually (since deleting them on WP alone leaves the folder in wp_content/uploads/plugins)?
I just don’t want to lose all my affiliates. Is there an easy solution to all this?
