Hi,

I offer three subscription levels for my site (1-month, 3-month, and 12-month), and process payments through Paypal. I had a subscriber originally purchase a 1-month subscription, but then wanted to upgrade to 12-month (at a reduced cost). I canceled his 1-month subscription through Paypal, and then handled the 12-month subscription outside of Paypal. Because the original Paypal recurring payment was canceled, this subscriber account keeps going to “Inactive” each month when eMember realizes that they Paypal payment isn’t going through. I tried to delete the Unique Reference/Subscriber ID so it was no longer linking to Paypal, but eMember won’t let me delete it. Is there another way to work around this so this subscriber’s account doesn’t keep going to “Inactive”? Thanks for the help!!

I tested out adding the shortcode to my landing page (in addition to having the shortcode within the Paypal Subscription button code) and it’s still not recording an affiliate sale (even though the shortcode “worked” on my landing page). Any other thoughts?

The shortcode that is on my landing page (which I’m not using a special plugin or theme for) is only pasted within the html of my Paypal subscrition button. Do I also need to include the shortcode within my actual landing page? Thanks again for the help.

The page is password protected (so people don’t subscribe before I’m ready). I’ve temporarily made the password “password123” so you can access.

There are three different buttons, one for each subscription level.

The code I posted is for the Monthly Subscription.

I used Option 2 above. Clicks are being recorded, but sales are not being registered when someone signs up with an affiliate link. Can I post the html of my Subscription button to get help with troubleshooting my issue?
