MemberHi again wzp,
I tried manually typing in the path and testing. Same result.
I tried renaming the file to this: as3tp://robertweiszhypnotherapyjourneys.s3.amazonaws.com/3-guilt.zip
and got the same result.
To clarify, I get the same error message every time.
I’ve also checked the cache settings and they are correct according to the tipsandtricks instructions.
Help???

MemberThank you WZP. It may be the manual issue. I copied and pasted the base code and then just changed the object name. That issue snags me every so often. I’ve used upper/lower combinations on other client sites and they’ve worked fine, but I’ll report back here on what I find.

MemberI am having the same problem. The customer forwarded the message to me. I tried the link by creating an admin download and by creating a test product. Both generate the same message:
“The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. Please contact the site administrator.
Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to the following reason:
The digital product associated with the download link (see browser address bar) contains a malformed Amazon S3 URI. The administrator should specifically ensure that bucket names are in compliance with Amazon’s bucket naming restrictions.i The most common mistake would be if the administrator used any upper case letters or space characters in the bucket name.”
The bucket naming convention and the S3 string are all good.
