Okay, I have de-activated ALL plugins except for yours, and changed the theme to Twenty Nineteen and still have the issue. I’ll leave the site as is so that you can test on your end.
ToniMemberActually, I hadn’t put anything into the cart when I tested. I checked again and in troubleshooting the error, it looks like it might be associated with the Securi plugin. I’ll poke Godaddy tech support again (since this plugin comes with managed WP hosting). Will update this post when I find out more.
ToniMemberI don’t see an error. Checked the JavaScript console in both Safari and Chrome according to the instructions on the forum page…
ToniMemberHere is the URL of the site in dev: l21.d54.myftpupload.com/all-service-academy-ball/rsvp-for-the-ball/
I have flushed the cache and have NOT checked this in the cart admin: “Check this option if you are using a caching solution on your site. This will bypass the nonce check on the add to cart buttons.” (Even though I tested with it checked.)
I’m hoping you’ll see exactly what needs to be tweaked to make it work.
Many thanks in advance!!
ToniMemberI cleared the cache in WP admin, which didn’t help. And I spent 30 minutes on the phone with tech support and they cleared cache on their end. Still didn’t fix the problem.
ToniMemberI have managed WP hosting on godaddy. I know that they don’t allow caching plugins. Is that something I need to talk to their tech support about?
