This problem is still happening. Version 6.1.4. Wp-estore it is set to ignore Paypal settings but it still grabs from Paypal unless you go into Paypal and clear all the settings and ignore Paypal settings.

Can you recommend a simple WordPress form plugin to do that which would be compatible with WP estore?
