Keep an eye on your inbox. I expect that you’ll get an email from Ivy in the next 12 – 18 hours (allowing for time zone difference) LOL

I think that this might have gotten lost, so I am going to take the liberty of bumping it. ;-)

Gosia – Hi… I don’t know who your customer base is, but I look at it this way with mine…

If I get an email from somebody complaining that link has expired and they did not get the product — and I KNOW that they purchased — I figure that they are legit and allow them to DL it.

I figure that in most cases, if they were going to *share / steal /give the file to someone else* they wouldn’t need to ask to DL it a second time, they would just pass along the digital file…

So, if they do ask to have the link extended — and I know that they are entitled to that product — I cheerfully send the link.

As a result, I have already had one customer post on a forum about my good customer service ;-)

Yes, digital products are easy to steal / share, but in my experience, the thief rarely asks for a download extension. ;-)

    Hi Pam –

I don’t know if there are any plans to change the current situation…

In the mean time, I have a fair number of products and several different websites so I keep a txt file with the Product ID number and the product name… I paste the new product in as soon as I create is. I keep a different list for each web site.

I use NoteTab Lite and can have multiple files available to check with just the click of a tab. So far it is working well. ;-)

    HTH,

    Tink
