I have the same issue! It worked before, but now it is doing stuttering when it works in every other player. If you need to look at my site, let me know. Thanks!
theshiftMemberThanks – got it – and responded. Appreciate this help!
theshiftMemberOk – I changed all the folders to lower case. This video does play. Just not download. this is what the link looks like in my product folder.
as3tp://activeawarenessarts.s3.amazonaws.com/lessons/taiji/taiji_ruler/lesson/ruler_opening_forms.mp4
And this is now the message I get:
Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to the following reason:
The digital product associated with the download link (see browser address bar) contains a malformed Amazon S3 URI. The administrator should specifically ensure that bucket names are in compliance with Amazon’s bucket naming restrictions.
And the debug log:
[01/15/2014 12:33 AM] – Status : AS3TP URI request = as3tp://activeawarenessarts.s3.amazonaws.com/lessons/taiji/taiji_ruler/lesson/ruler_opening_forms.mp4
[01/15/2014 12:33 AM] – Status : Malformed or misconfigured AS3TP URI request!
theshiftMemberHOWEVER – I see it is a different message. It doesn’t like the folder names with capital letters .. let me try and fix that and see what happens
theshiftMembernope
theshiftMemberOkay – did that .. still got the same message.
theshiftMemberHi – I have the page set up, and now I am doing some tests of one of the products using a download now button, using this code: [wp_eStore_download_now_button id=3]
When I click on it to test I get this message:
The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request.
The problem was due to the following reason:
The download link (see browser address bar) has expired (it’s too old). If you think this reason is in error, please contact the site administrator.
And this is the address in the bar:
[redacted]
I don’t have anything set for amount of times anything can be downloaded.
Thanks for your help!
theshiftMemberOh yes, the APRTP page seems the way to go. It will be a week or so before I have it up and running, then I’ll get back to you with the results. Perfect! Thanks!
