Please fully read this email as it will explain everything you need to know to address any issue that maybe occuring (if there are any)!
The post payment verification for a payment failed. This could happen for one of the following reasons:
1. The fund for the payment have not cleared in PayPal yet (no need to do anything as the digital product will be delivered once the fund clears).
2. Someone maybe trying to scam a purchase! (no worries… WP eStore got your back 3. You have made a mistake somewhere (please see the failure reason section below to find out more details about this).

Invalid Product Currency Detected! The payment was made in currency: EUR

CAN I SEND THIS PART PRIVATELY TO YOU? ..
IT HAS SOME OF THE CUSTOMERS PERSONAL INFO IN IT (email, address etc)

The other thing I noticed is that if the Paypal payment doesn’t go through the first attempt, the users account becomes inactive which is of course exactly what we want but when the Paypal payment goes through on the 2nd attempt the users account remains inactive and I must manually make it active again

My site has been running and generally things are OK but I do have to upgrade members manually after they pay.
I have a Free membership and then paid membership levels,
I made it so that they can not access the pay page unless they are logged in to their free account.
So far every time someone signs up at a paid level things look to work ok but their account does not upgrade automatically.
I have to log in and do it manually.
When paypal doesn’t go through on a given month their account is turned inactive so that part works well.
I am open to suggestion here but I would be happy to pay somebody from your team to go through my site with me and make sure it is all set up correctly.

The only thing that I could not find an example of is multiple level memberships that are each PayPal monthly subscriptions. Will that cause me any problems that you can foresee?

OK, I’ll test some things on my next members but I do have a question.
Does that mean that if someone comes along and purchases something right off the bat, never having had even a free account, the estore “eMember User ID” won’t fill itself in after the payment is complete and the customer gets his/hre account on emember?

today I noticed that the “eMember User ID” is not being filled in automatically on my “wp estore”.. I have fill it in manually for each customer… any idea why that would happen… what have I done wrong?

I asked them all to get free accounts, then I gave them a page with the subscribe button.
I asked them all to log in to their free accounts and then click the subscription button.
I can’t tell for sure if they all did or not but I will ask them all today in my live room. I did hear from nearly all of them though that after subscription was dealt with at Paypal they were sent a complete registration link at which point they could not use the same username or email.
If they are free members and logged in, then they click on my subscription button to upgrade, after going through Paypal are they supposed to have that original free account upgraded? and would they still be receiving the complete registration email with link?
If you do have a few minutes to check out my site it would be greatly appreciated, I do have everything running they way I want other than account upgrades.
