Thank you! You know what would be EXTRA cool is if in the individual product variation you could add a line that would automatically add a set shipping price based on that variation.

So, for example:

Product A costs $5.

Variation 1 of product is $5 + $2 shipping

Variation 2 of product is $10 + $4 shipping

And so on.

The cool thing with that way is that with the universal shipping charges being added in the main settings you could truly then upcharge people for quicker shipping options on top of the standard charges.

I want them to always pay online, but be able to select “Local” as a variation in the shipping that would remove any shipping charges that are added individually for each product.

I, too, was hoping to get this option so that you can display a multitude of items on a page more cleanly. Is there at least a way to have the variations pop up somewhere else that you can select and then it is added to the cart?

YES!

This would be a very useful feature. I currently have categories set up for my online greeting card store. But you can only use the native search widget to bring up the names of the cards. I’d like my customers to be able to use that same search box to enter anything that would have to do with the card description, i.e. “Christmas” “Birthday” “Flower”… this could be an add-on.
