After migrating files to new host, there are some weird things going on. customers can pick product, complete sales transaction, receive email receipts, but they are not added to the customers list in eStore.
I have gone through everything with the host company as they are very familiar with WP and troubleshoot quite effectively.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions please
Cheers

I just spoke with a.net and I finally was told that if x_relay_response is set to FALSE
it will default to a.net receipt. Can anyone please direct me to the correct file so I can do this?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
Thank you

I ahve spoken with a.net again. They say that after the transaction the URL that is loaded in the settings for a successful transaction in estore is where the problem lies. So I checked the return URL value… the spelling is correct and the URL can be placed in a browser and work perfectly. Does the version of estore matter? Should it be upgraded? I am sure this is an easy fix but I can’t find it. Do you have folks that can be hired to look at things like this? We are falling horribly behind for other customers working on this. I just want someone familiar with estore and a.net to take a look. Any takers?
Thanks

Maybe i wasn’t clear. The transactions do post and clear. The funds are taken from the customer even though this error and blank page appear instead of the receipt/return URL path to the Thank you page. If the API and Trans key were invalid, incorrect, etc. the transaction would not process. Everything is doing exactly what it is suppose to with the exception of the Thank you page that is configured in estore and A.net not coming up to finish the transaction.
Any other ideas or suggestions?
Thanks
Joe

I have this same thing going on as well. I posted to the forum. It is really strange. I am working with A.net trying from that end as well. The transaction goes through but instead of the customer seeing the “thank you page” configured in estore settings, it goes to blank page with the error. The response/receipt URL is correct but it does not get called up.
Pullin my hair out!!
Surfsupjoe125MemberThanks again – consider my problem completed
Surfsupjoe125MemberThanks Key Master – I did just as you suggested and created the page in word press.

Surfsupjoe125MemberHi Again,
First I want to thank you for your assistance. I see now that the only problem is that the Landing Page, see previous post, is not on the WP site. From what I am reading , I think I need to use HTTP POST and that’s where I’m lost.
I can’t abandon the landing page and my customer loves it. I don’t want to re-create it in WP if I can use this other feature.
Any suggestions or assistance with this one issue would be greatly appreciated
Cheers,
Joe
Surfsupjoe125MemberLink to landing page: http://www.powerchutegolf.com/index.php?cID=300
Product Page: http://wpcart.powerchutesports.com/?page_id=28
I see that the problem is that the landing page is outside of WP. my problem is what to do to make the LP usable with th AFF platform. If I make the banner links target be the product page, all is well. The landing page causes the problem and he wants to use it.
Thanks and cheers
Surfsupjoe125MemberThanks so much Key Master – All I was asking for was direction to the correct file. I thank you greatly for your assistance. I would have never looked there.

Surfsupjoe125MemberHi Peter,
WOW thx for the quick reply. First, I am not using Paypal so I am not using PDT. I have estore with authorize.net. I just changed the banner ad link to the product page VS the landing page and I can see a click. Now….. how do I get the click to show up using the landing page?
Any ideas?
Thanks
Surfsupjoe125MemberYes – at the top of the page there are instructions – Affiliate Banners and Links
“To add the desired banner or text link to your website simply Select the code from the text area on the right (Crtl+A), Copy and Paste it into your website. To see the banner in full size just click on the banner image.”
The above text in quotations. I want to edit and add some more instructions with this text.
Thanks so much
