There was indeed a problem with the theme. We’ve got that fixed, and this aspect seems to be working OK now.

Thanks for the reply. We had the Mailchimp widget installed, which is on your list of plugins that conflict with eStore. I deactivated and deleted the Mailchimp plugin but Variation Control still doesn’t seem to be working. Do I need to do anything else to remove the conflict with that plugin?
