But you need one sub account for ‘multi sign’ transactions and another for subscriptions so two sub accountsAugust 7, 2015 at 7:52 am in reply to: ccbill "You already have an existing membership to this site." #71029
Ive created a second sub account within ccbill backend but in the settings for the payment gateway, there is only one field for sub account.
“we would need a secondary sub-account created so that one can manage the member access, while the other manages the shopping cart. This is due to the method of tracking these transactions and the fact we will need to add the multisign feature to the sub-account processing cart based transactions. Multi-Sign allows a consumer to process multiple transactions in a single day, so please feel free to confirm if this will be sub-account 0000 or if you are going to apply the cart to 0001 so that we can apply this properly once created.”August 5, 2015 at 8:52 pm in reply to: ccbill "You already have an existing membership to this site." #71027
With regard the above instructions, I have followed everything, including the ‘CCBILL Subscription Setup’ section – would i need to remove this from the current sub account, then re-do all the above settings or just the ‘CCBILL Subscription Setup’ on the new subaccount?
Also, is there anyway to save a customers credit card info so when the checkout, they can auto buy or just add their 3 digit cvc number on the signature strip?August 5, 2015 at 12:54 pm in reply to: ccbill "You already have an existing membership to this site." #71025
I contacted ccbill to ask the same question and they said:
“In regards to your site setup, in order to process for both a VOD based model as well as a subscriptions based one, another subaccount would need to be setup to handle this. We can go ahead and get this setup for your account, we would just need the following information.:
– Is the members area on the same URL as the videos?
– (n/a) If not, would you be able to provide the URL of the home page and members areas that the customer will have access to?
– Is your CMS capable of handling logins for a members area and if so, would you be able to advise of what setting it requires to do so?
– If not, do you have another CMS/plugin that would be able to do so?
Once we have some clarification regarding this information, we will be able to assist you further.
So it is using the same domain name, and the CMS (wordpress) with tips and tricks plugins should work? But would be using two sub accounts by the sound of it?August 5, 2015 at 6:32 am in reply to: ccbill "You already have an existing membership to this site." #71024
I have both options on the site
Videos – one time payment (add to cart)
Join Page – subscription (subscribe button for recurring payments)
Is it possible to have both options?August 2, 2015 at 8:11 am in reply to: Epoch payment gateway intergration wp estore wordpress #70976
Ive just had a response.
“We do have documentation, however we’re unable to send these docs until you have completed the contract with us. We do have clients that have successfully integrated wordpress sites with our system. You can contact our sales department at email@example.com to start the process.”
Note, to complete the contract, you need to pay 500USD for the visa registration fee! Ive now been accepted by ccbill – its a shame as epoch are the only adult provider accepting PayPal and have a more modern website / backend than the 1990s looking ccbill!
ah missed that – stopped reading once I had the codes applicable to my set up.
Yep the shortcodes worked although, i was confused / frustrated by the fact some codes worked some didn’t, turned out, turning off ‘Do you want to protect this content? to ‘no’ worked.
I would suggest making a note of this in the documentation – you can only use one method outwright to protect in-post content.
Thanks – will consider hiring someone but may be able to combine downloads and streaming on one post using the hide content shortcodes.
