Hi there, Ive applied for ccbill billing but they have several hoops to go through and is taking a while. I’ve contacted epoch ( https://epoch.com/business_services ) who have said they would accept my site – but I would need integration with wp estore / emember.
Epoch “The site looks fine, we would be able to process for it. We do have APIs that you could utilize that would process for recurring memberships, as well as the VOD-type billing on the site currently. However, since your site is built on WordPress, it would take a certain amount of work from your developers to integrate with our APIs, especially if you are not using a plugin like MM or aMembers (and would require some integration, even with the plugins).”
Is there anyway to get this gateway supported? I can pay someone to do this as a freelancer.
However, since your site is built on WordPress, it would take a certain amount of work from your developers to integrate with our APIs…
It sounds like they don’t even have ANY other WordPress plugins currently providing integration with their systems.
Can you provide a link to their API documentation, so we can look at it?
Ive just had a response.
“We do have documentation, however we’re unable to send these docs until you have completed the contract with us. We do have clients that have successfully integrated wordpress sites with our system. You can contact our sales department at sales@epoch.com to start the process.”
Note, to complete the contract, you need to pay 500USD for the visa registration fee! Ive now been accepted by ccbill – its a shame as epoch are the only adult provider accepting PayPal and have a more modern website / backend than the 1990s looking ccbill!
Since you’ve already been accepted by CCBill, you immediate issue is taken care of.
As for Epoch wanting $500, just to see their documentation… the fact that developers are not charged to access comparable documentation at CCBill, PayPal, Stripe or any other mainstream processor; should speak volumes.
