No joy. Clearing the cache doesn’t affect the Paypal problem. He tried clearing the cache and subscribing in both Safari and Firefox on OS X. Neither worked.
Just to be clear: clicking through to purchase does take you to Paypal, but once you log into Paypal, that’s where the error message comes up. I still find it weird that this whole thing worked and now it just doesn’t.
Thanks for responding. I have read those posts (before adding a topic of my own) and they don’t address my issue. As I stated in the OP, this subscription was working and now it’s not. I didn’t change anything, so I don’t understand what could be causing the issue. My settings for the product are correct, my Paypal info is correct, and I’m receiving payments from the first person who subscribed, so I know it did work. The question is, why is it not working now?
