    They clicked the link two times

    The file is 2 KB

    The debug is enabled and always have been

    We have generated tests many times, my web designer and also myself.

    I will send the error message when I get another one and hopefully you can help when I get that. I’m coming out with a new CD and can’t have this problem anymore.

    I have they can download within 24 hours and I do have a 2 in the number of times to download.

    No limit on downloads but they have 24 hours to download. That email was sent right after they bought the download. I am having my web designer see if she still has the other error message.

    This is one error meaasage that I found. And they did not download too many times. This is the first message that pops up when they go to download the first time. I will still try to find the other ERROR message.

    “The secure download manager ran into a problem it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. The problem was due to the following reason: The download link (see browser address bar)has been used too many times. If you think reason is in error, please contact the site administrator”.

    No it’s not. It is really long and I don’t have an email saved from what my customers sent me. I had three this week that didn’t receive a confirming email with the links at all. I will check back emails but I don’t think I have one saved. This has been going on ever since the website was created. I will check with my web designer to see if she has a copy of the error message.
