Hello and thank you so much for your help. I first had problems downloading the zip file since I have Mac and Safari was set to unzip the file. Your very rapid (thank you so very much) response made me aware of the problem and I was able to download the zip file and upload it to my WP site and activate without problems. Before doing any of this I watched the first three tutorial videos (https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-pdf-stamper/wp-pdf-stamper-installation-and-usage-video-tutorials-155) and followed the install, settings configuration and manual stamping exactly as instructed. White blank page.

So after spending hours reviewing the forums this is what I’ve tried so far:

1. I tried a smaller PDF file. (my PDF first one was a lot larger at 17.3MB – created using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, whereas the 2nd was only 112KB) – neither have any security functions set – printing and copying allowed. Same thing – white space.

2. I opened both pdf files in browser windows to make sure the URLs were correct. Both looked fine.

3. I changed the file path conversion in the settings to “method 2” and still white page.

4. Then I deactivated and deleted all of the files and reinstalled it in case the file some how became corrupt at some point during installation (even though I did exactly as Kirk in the tutorial did). Same thing – white space.

5. Then I installed the minimum requirement checker plugin with the following results: IonCube Decoder Present, CURL Library Present, PHP Version 5.4.36, PHP Memory Limit 256M.

6. Then I deactivated ALL of my plugins except the stamper to see if there might be a conflict. White blank page.

7. Then I went through every single item on the check list: (https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/an-error-occurred-while-trying-to-stamp-the-file-pdf-file-creation-checklist) and still have no luck. The only difference is when I used your sample eBook instead of one of my PDFs (the one listed in the checklist) I now get an error message:

Error! Message: Cannot open /home1/sexyveg/public_html/wp-pdf-stamper/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/pdf-stamper-sample-ebook.pdf ! Error Code: 1

Note: I saved a screen shot of this if it helps at all so you can see that I entered the URL correctly. I copied and pasted it directly, then looked to make sure nothing funny happened, so I don’t think that is the problem.

8. I tried resetting the settings to default with the sample PDF from the checklist and still got the Error Code: 1 message.

9. Installed TPC! Memory Usage and found out I am using 50.82M/256M, so I can’t see how it would be a memory problem. Quickly uninstalled this plugin though as it was super annoying to my site.

10. Tried switching from my theme to a word press theme (still using the sample ebook pdf) and still got the Error Code: 1 message.

What I am unsure about:

I’m not sure how to place the PDF file in the “source-files” directory that is inside the PDF stamper. Sorry – I’m not a developer. Just a nutritionist. ☹

I am at a total loss. Any help is greatly appreciated. I really need to get my ebook up for sale on my site and I’d really prefer to have it stamped to curb sharing.
