That was it! Thanks!
And I was able to give up trying to build an html button that I could insert into a text field and do what I wanted it to do … that change enabled me to use the built-in button function in my theme … YAY!
SemmelweisReturnsSpectatorWell … I’ve got the plug-in installed … and I’ve tried nine ways from Sunday to get this code, in a textfield, to work:
< a href=”https://www.training.selfcareadvisor.net/?wp_eStore_buy_now=1″ > <img src=”https://selfcareadvisor.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/add_to_cart.png”>Add to Cart </ a>
(note: the weird extra spaces in the “< a” tags are not in what I’ve been using on the site; they’re only there because otherwise this post was dropping the code when I saved it.)
I’ve tried adding <p> tags … I can get that “Add to Cart” text to show up styled as a regular link and there’s a generic placeholder image just in front of it …
I’ve tried without the text … where upon no button appears at all … I’ve tried putting the button image in the div’s background … I’ve tried it with the text … which seems to be the best so far, but still …
the best I can get is this error message:
This site can’t be reached. unexpectedly closed the connection.
thoughts? Thanks!
SemmelweisReturnsSpectatorYeah, that looks promising. I’ll check back again and report in when I’ve got it working.
Thanks!
