Exactly, I was trying to Network Activate. Hopefully this helps anyone having the same issue.

Ah ha! I just figured it out. This plugin can’t be activated from the network admin side, ONLY the individual admin side. We’re running multi-site, I thought the plugin was multi-site compatible but I guess it’s not?

I’m uploading via the WordPress admin… Haven’t had this problem with any of our other plugins, I’m going to submit a ticket.

I guess when I purchase a product I expect it to work out of the box…

Thanks for your reply.

I put in an update request about an hour ago (waiting to hear back). I’m a little confused why we would need to update the software we just purchased… Seems like when you make a purchase you should receive the most recent version…

Im afraid that’s the only error we can see.
