Hi, I recently set up my cart on my checkout page and started selling tickets to an event. The tickets are $37.
People are having issues purchasing because (even with and without setting the max quantity to 1 per customer, i tried both) when they enter in a 1 in the quantity field in the cart 2 things are happening:
1 – they can’t see the number they are typing
2 – when they hit “apply” the total amount goes CRAZY. I tried it myself, added a $37 product to the cart, entered 1 in qty and hit apply and the price went from $37 to $167. Nothing else was in my cart, it was not a previously abandoned cart.
This is happening for a lot of customers and they are assuming I’m trying to scam them somehow. Please help!
Just so I’m clear, if some of my products are services (no downloadable components) and some of my products are ebooks (downloadable components), I can follow the steps to enable [wp_eStore_display_transaction_result] on my Thank You page and if they only buy the service they will see the message that was initially copied and pasted above by @martin?
