Thank you for the update. However, even after uploading and activating the new version, the problem is still there. That checkbox will not stay checked on save and the thank you page still shows the shortcode.
I have also noticed that I have a problem with template 9 & 10. The fancy box will not display. I think this is a theme conflict as it all works fine with the default twenty sixteen. I am using photocrati, is there any workaround to make the two work together?

That’s not what it says on the Advanced Settings tab of WP PHOTO SELLER SETTINGS.
Under the “Thank You Page Settings”, there is a “Display Download Links and Purchase Info on Thank You Page” check box which says “Click this to display the download link and other purchase information on the thank you page” next to it. If you expand the “More Info”, it says:
“By enabling this setting you can use the purchase/email tags in the thank you page text.
Eg: To display the download links you can enter the following tag in the Thank You Page settings box below:
{product_link_digital_items_only}”
My problem is that I cannpt get this check box to remain checked. As soon as I click the “Save Advanced Settings” button, it unchecks the box. Therefore the shortcode won’t work.
It seems the lightbox issue was being caused by a piece of custom css which I have now amended.
So I now only have the original problem.
We are talking about Photo Seller.
This seems to be the only setting that isn’t working. The email notification and encrypted link is sending fine but I’m unable to change this setting in the advanced settings page.
I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin. I have also downloaded an update in order to be sure that I have the most up to date version. However, doing this seems to have caused more problems and now I am getting 2 lightboxes opening on top of each other. One seems to be fancybox whilst the other in the standard lightbox.
