Hi Peter.

So I checked again and it’s now saying importing 1 file when there is in fact 13 files in the zip file. When I do over 20 in the zip file it says there is zero.

Any ideas?

I’ve checked and there isn’t any subfolders or .dsstore files. I zipped up 13 photos this time and it still wouldn’t bulk upload. This is pretty urgent as the site needs to go live in the next week.

There are a over 50 files my zip file. When I import it says:

1. Number of files found in zip file: 0.

2. Finished bulk import of images. Number of photos successfully imported: 0

Please advise.

I have tried following the same instructions as above but I’m still getting the same error. Could someone please contact me?
