Issue has been fixed by ‘cloning’ all the products and deleting the old ones. No idea why but that was the solution we found to fix all the issues.
Richard TylerMemberFollowed all the update instructions correctly but am still seeing issues with my products database. If my customers try to purchase any products, the system goes through all the way to the PayPal part and then stops. There are no entries in the log files, no sales statistics, nothing along those lines.
If I create a copy of that same product or enter a new product it will work correctly ….
I know this doesn’t sound like it makes sense but that’s the way it is behaving right now. I assume that since the plugin upgrade does not include the database, the update process would more than likely not have anything to do with it BUT that is exactly the time when the existing products stopped working.
Any help would be appreciated, I believe I had mentioned that we have already spend quite a bit of time troubleshooting this and followed the update instructions.
Thanks
Richard TylerMemberWould it be possible to only show the message saying: “Please click the update button to finalize your change!” if the customer actually changed the Option from the default setting?
If so, how could that be achieved ?
Thanks,
Richard
