After updating to WP 3.3.2 I thought that my eStore was not working properly anymore but after extensive troubleshooting I found out that it must have done something to my product database. None of the existing products work properly anymore UNLESS I clone them or create completely new products.
I have also updated all my products from you guys to the following versions (all according to the update instructions provided):
• WP eStore – updated from v6.3.6 to v6.6.5
• WP eMember – updated from v7.5.6 to v7.9.5
• WP Affiliate Platform – updated from v4.9.9.2 to v5.1.5
• WP PDF Stamper – updated from v4.0.0 to v4.1.8
• WP Affiliate Link Manager – updated from v1.3.3 to v1.3.4
• WP Ultimate LightBox –updated from v1.5.0 to v1.7.0
Has this happened before and if so, is there a quick fix for it?
Thanks,
Richard
May 22, 2012 at 2:56 am #45298adminKeymasterThere is no issue with the plugins and WP v3.3.2 upgrade.
Most common cause for it, is to not follow the update instruction when updating the plugins. Each of these plugins has a update documentation:

May 22, 2012 at 3:45 am #45299Richard TylerMemberFollowed all the update instructions correctly but am still seeing issues with my products database. If my customers try to purchase any products, the system goes through all the way to the PayPal part and then stops. There are no entries in the log files, no sales statistics, nothing along those lines.
If I create a copy of that same product or enter a new product it will work correctly ….
I know this doesn’t sound like it makes sense but that’s the way it is behaving right now. I assume that since the plugin upgrade does not include the database, the update process would more than likely not have anything to do with it BUT that is exactly the time when the existing products stopped working.
Any help would be appreciated, I believe I had mentioned that we have already spend quite a bit of time troubleshooting this and followed the update instructions.
Thanks

May 24, 2012 at 12:47 am #45301Richard TylerMemberIssue has been fixed by ‘cloning’ all the products and deleting the old ones. No idea why but that was the solution we found to fix all the issues.
