Hi Peter, thanks for the response! Do you have any instructions for a complete reinstall, including the settings? I did a fresh install as you subscribed when we moved to a new server. I’m looking to see if there’s an easy way to remove any and all instances of eMember from my database as well so I can start completely fresh. Thanks!
I have that checkbox checked and it still won’t work, this is why I want to do a fresh install completely and determine if this is the issue.
I should note that I did find this setting in the eMember settings page:
Automatically log into eMember
and it was already checked. This should not be a problem so now I’m unsure if the user is being logged in and logged right back out or never logged in to begin with.
