ramjetMemberHi there,
Could you send the email please?
Cheers,
Paul.
ramjetMemberHi Key Master,
No, I’ve done nothing with .htaccess.
This is the format of the urls:
http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_eStore_addedit
Which appears to be correct according to your other post.
I guess I need you to dive into the server!
ramjetMemberThey couldn’t fix it. They recommend re-installing the plugin – I’ve already tried that, including ftp’ing in binary mode. Here’s their reply:
I recommend re-uploading the plugin and making sure that all of the files get to the sever intact. Whats happening is that wordpress can’t find the link that is under WP eStore and by default it tells you that it doesn’t have permissions. I have seen this on other plugins too and it is up to the developer to correct it. Either the files are missing or the plugin is linking to a bad page. If you have any further questions about this please let us know.
ramjetMemberI’ve spoken to support at Hostgator, and they can see the problem and are working on it. They believe that it might be something in the set up or installation of estore that is corrupting the admin metadata, so wordpress isn’t recognising me as an admin for this plugin.
I’ll let you know if they fix it and if they’re able to isolate the problem.
ramjetMemberIt’s every page of the wp store admin exept the “Manage Products” page. The strange thing is that I’ve been using it with no problems previously, then left it for around a week then came back to it being like this. I’ve updated nothing nor added any more plugins in that time. I’m wondering if it’s something to do with the server, but I’ve no idea what to do.
ramjetMemberSame problem for me too
