I just ran a test transaction from another computer and the email from eStore can through fine. Not sure why it is wasn’t earlier but it seems to be working perfectly now. Thanks for your assistance.

ramaimacdonaldMemberAlso eStore isn’t adding tax to the price when processing through PayPal. I have another product set up as buy now and the tax is added as it should and all the emails come through perfectly so not sure why it’s not working for the subscription product?

For a subscription payment the customer will receive an email the first time he makes the payment (just like a buy now transaction). For subsequent charges he will be notified via PayPal automatically (there is no action to take from eStore so it won’t send any further email)’
You mentioned above that the customer should receive a purchase confirmation email when they make the first payment but I’ve tested this and I don’t receive this email at all. Any ideas why this wouldn’t be sending?
