I am doing some testing myself. I will give you an update after I have some data.
December 19, 2013 at 2:19 am #38598adminKeymasterI was able to add another condition in there to detect what was failing on your site. I have sent you an updated copy of the plugin. You won’t see this issue after you upgrade.
December 19, 2013 at 1:28 pm #38599Mdudley286MemberThank you I will be doing this in the next few days.
December 19, 2013 at 5:48 pm #38600Mdudley286MemberAfter updating the plug in is there anything I need to do?
December 19, 2013 at 10:27 pm #38601adminKeymasterNope, you don’t need to do anything after you update it.
December 20, 2013 at 1:46 pm #38602Mdudley286MemberI sent an email to you in a reply, with some debug logs. The subscription payment went through but there are some failure lines in the logs, and never receive to set up an account.
November 13, 2016 at 8:22 am #38603ramaimacdonaldMemberKey Master: ‘eStore does not send any email for a recurring payment. For a subscription payment the customer will receive an email the first time he makes the payment (just like a buy now transaction). For subsequent charges he will be notified via PayPal automatically (there is no action to take from eStore so it won’t send any further email)’
You mentioned above that the customer should receive a purchase confirmation email when they make the first payment but I’ve tested this and I don’t receive this email at all. Any ideas why this wouldn’t be sending?
November 13, 2016 at 12:42 pm #38604wzpModeratorAre you referring to a confirmation email from PayPal,or eStore?
November 13, 2016 at 10:30 pm #38605ramaimacdonaldMemberFrom the eStore. The email from PayPal comes through perfectly.
November 13, 2016 at 10:43 pm #38606ramaimacdonaldMemberAlso eStore isn’t adding tax to the price when processing through PayPal. I have another product set up as buy now and the tax is added as it should and all the emails come through perfectly so not sure why it’s not working for the subscription product?
November 13, 2016 at 11:15 pm #38607adminKeymasterPlease enable the debug option in the plugin then do a subscription transaction so we can see what it is doing.
The following post explains how to use the debug option:

PayPal doesn’t support tax for subscriptions. The workaround is to add the tax to the main amount. So your subscription amount will already include the tax.
November 14, 2016 at 12:55 am #38608ramaimacdonaldMemberOk I’ve processed a subscription transaction with the debug enabled. Do you need me to send a log file?
November 14, 2016 at 5:43 am #38609wzpModeratorYou may post the underacted log entries here. There is no security relevant information, contained in them.
November 14, 2016 at 6:35 am #38610ramaimacdonaldMember[Deleted other debug log data]

[11/13/2016 7:05 AM] – SUCCESS :Recurring payment check flag value is true.
November 14, 2016 at 11:20 pm #38611ramaimacdonaldMemberI just ran a test transaction from another computer and the email from eStore can through fine. Not sure why it is wasn’t earlier but it seems to be working perfectly now. Thanks for your assistance.
