I’ve got 5 days into troubleshooting 1 thing – getting my video to download. I wanted to use VIMEO since I am already paying for storage there with a PRO account, and they do provide download URLs but after not being successful there I read that it takes “two round trips” and I don’t want to put my customers through that.

So I moved over to AMAZON S3 – and I have paid for an account there. This was 5 days ago, and I can’t get past the error message that it can’t open the file (which I really only want it to download anyway, not OPEN – but at this point I’d take either result as progress). Here is the error message I keep getting:
