Dear Admin,
Thank you. By disabling the Simultaneous Member option (uncheck) the plugin is now working fine.
One concern / remark for other users: I haven’t installed any other plugin or changed this option prior to the problem…
So, if this problem appears to other users, even the ones that haven’t installed other plugins or changed configuration, this would be the first thing to check.

An additional information: I already checked and the browser accepts cookies.
