Problem: user automatic log out right after logging in

Dear representative,

Since yesterday out member area cannot be accessed.

Once any user logs in, he/she is disconnected (log out) right the way…

We checked:

– The login/password is ok. If you try a wrong login/password the system indicates it. So, the problem happens with right login and password.

– We checked the automatically log out time at the settings, and it is 0 (which should keep the user logged with no automatic disconnection).

Could you please check if there is any similar problem with other users?

What would be the correct actions to fix it? Re-install (would it delete all users data…?)?

An additional information: I already checked and the browser accepts cookies.

What change happened yesterday on your site when this started? Do you have any caching plugin? Does your server use caching on their end?

Make sure to turn off the following option from eMember settings:

Disable Simultaneous Member Login

It is a good idea to do the following (You do not lose any data):

Dear Admin,

Thank you. By disabling the Simultaneous Member option (uncheck) the plugin is now working fine.

One concern / remark for other users: I haven’t installed any other plugin or changed this option prior to the problem…

So, if this problem appears to other users, even the ones that haven’t installed other plugins or changed configuration, this would be the first thing to check.
