Hello, apologies for the delayed response. I wanted to follow-up to this and let you know that I had my webhost check the mail exchange records for several of the people that have stated they never received my email and that it wasnt in their spam folder. My host confirmed (and sent me the logs) that show that the emails from the plugin (and all subsequent emails) were in fact, delivered to the recipient from my server. SO, they can only say that the problem must be on the customer’s end, with their own mail servers blocking the emails. So no issue with the plugin at all.
pixelmommyMemberUnderstood. As I stated, my site has been deemed clean by my webhost. I put in a request to AVG to whitelist the site and will await their response. I just wanted to verified that base 64 encoding was legitimately used by eStore, so I could rule out the results from the Exploit Scanner as a false positive or not. If you had said base 64 was not used, then that would have been cause for alarm, to see all those files with the encoding
Thank you for the clarification.
pixelmommyMemberBoth myself and my web host have ran extensive tests and nothing comes up. It is only the Exploit Scanner and AVG that show anything. As far st the Exploit Scanner, does this cart plugin use the base-64-decode legitimately? Could it be a false positive?
I have taken all the steps in the topic you listed and again, come up with nothing on my end except for the results in the Exploit Scanner plugin.

And, it did cross my mind, but I did a search in the sandbox and could not find a place anywhere to activate/receive the PDT token.

I understand you need to ask the simple questions first! I spent over 12 hours troubleshooting this yesterday. I think I read every tutorial and forum post related to the subject! Looked at the logs, all that. As you said, everything LOOKS fine. The transaction completes, the emails are sent – just no download links on the Thank You page. My eStore version is v6.5.3.
COINCIDENTALLY… This morning I took everything out of sandbox mode and had my husband do a real transaction from his computer. Guess what? He got the download link ON the Thank You page and the email confirmation as well!
I’ve very happy about that because I truly love all aspects of this plugin, BUT – wondering what I’m doing wrong in sandbox mode that would cause the encrypted links NOT to show on the Thank You page? I must be missing something.

The download_manager_debug.log wasn’t even there! Was getting a 404 error. So I created an empty log and uploaded. I checked the zip file of my install and it’s not included in there either (so you might want to check into that). I’m so ready to give up on this. Not having the download links on the thank you page is a deal breaker for me. That was the whole purpose of me purchasing this plugin. So I could say good-bye to Etsy and stop having to customers wait for me to email them files. Please help. Thank you.

Lots of troubleshooting already. #43309pixelmommyMemberLet me add that I have watched the video, my thank you page can be found at [http://shop.anythingbutperfect.com/thank-you] and paypal.php pulled up in the browser says debug is enabled.
pixelmommyMemberThank you! wp_eStore_custom_style.css, that’s what I was needing! Tweaking it now, let’s see what I can come up with
