Yes, you’re right “This sounds like you have some kind of page protection built into your page content”.

I had ‘WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click’ activated – excellent plugin.

So it works correctly when this plugin is deactivated. BUT the problems return when I activate WP Photo Seller ‘Enable Copy Protection’.

Can you look at this, as surely it should work correctly with your settings options?

OK, I’ve updated everything and the problem remains – though this time the price remains the same whether I set it to No Shipping in the product, or even to No tax in the product! – it always remains exactly the same, showing it with the tax added and then adds it again afterwards, so double tax.

Any ideas?

update:-

In my PRODUCT settings I had Yes to shipping.

So I’ve tried a few changes in my product settings and found that when I change shipping to NO for the product (so now the same as my global shipping settings) it removes ALL tax, so now the product is sold for a total of NZ$50.44!!

I realise I need to update my WP and your plugin (currently using Plugin Version: 2.1.5 & WP Version: 4.5.3) but is there anything obvious I’m missing here?

Any solution to this?

We have a similar issue with all keywords showing in details page under description, despite the ‘Display IPTC Keywords:’ being unchecked in the Advanced settings.

I’ve tried selecting IPTC keywords and saving then deselecting them again, resaving and clearing the cache – but no change at all!

Just FYI:

1. when I clicked the regenerate all auto added pages in Admin settings, it worked fine with no duplicates BUT it got confused that i already had a page with the slug ‘store’ so didn’t add in the store page.

2. Also I double checked and the ‘photoalbums’ definitely wasn’t auto created when we first created an album, as I’ve checked in the ‘bin’ and I hadn’t deleted one by that name, or anything similar.

And just a suggestion – it would be really useful to suers if you added this info into your docs somewhere, re the names of all the auto added pages, and when they were added. Also ALL shortcodes you use so if a page is deleted by mistake or fails to generate then the required shortcodes are available.

PS: just noticed that it hasn’t created an albums home page (ie: no ‘photoalbums’ page). I’m guessing it DID create it when the first album was created, then I must have deleted it, but it now doesn’t regenerate as a default page in the admin settings.

Please can you confirm the short code that goes in this page too? I’m guessing just [WPS_photo_album id=”1″] [WPS_photo_album id=”2″] etc?

I’ve now realised I’d deleted quite a few of the auto-generated pages as I thought they were related to another plugin that we’d trialed but didn’t continue with! So I did the admin ‘regenerate page’ button, which worked perfectly! Thanks.

BUT it didn’t add in the ‘store’ page again, as by coincidence my old site already has a shop page with the slug ‘store’ – so I guess that fooled it a bit.

No problem as such with keeping my old ‘store’ page but it therefore didn’t add in the required shortcodes, or anything else it should have. So please could you confirm what’s usually added into the ‘store’ page?
