Hi – have had problems with this for a long while. But mine seems slightly different…

It will work one moment, and then not the next. If it sends you to the blank screen, the file will still exist in the stamped files folder, but won’t be stamped (although, again on occasion it is…).

It doesn’t seem anything to do with file size – the files I use are pretty small. I have lots of free memory, and I meet all of the basic requirements.

It doesn’t seem to do any of this when stamping a product.

Edit: should also say that the file manually stamps perfectly and that I have done all of the steps to try and resolve this problem.

I think I may be having similar issues. I have tried without the “http://” and it didn’t work, and have tried from just the “/wp2” onwards, but to no avail. Yet when I include the full URL (which opens the PDF in the browser with no problems), the error below happens.

I am pretty sure I have more than one wordpress install in this webspace (a website for a family member).

My error is:

How do I change the “file path conversion preference” so that it sees the correct url for the pdf?
